Founded in 2000 by four partners from Peabody & Arnold in Boston, the firm has become one of the largest firms handling workers’ compensation, employment law and insurance defense litigation.

Our Team:
The attorneys and staff at Tentindo, Kendall, Canniff & Keefe, LLP, have a broad range of skills and experience in the area of Workers’ Compensation. Our managing partner is a former Adjunct Professor at the New England School of Law and teaches a law course on Workers’ Compensation; our attorneys regularly conduct seminars for a national business education and training organization; two are former Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA) administrative judges; one is former General Counsel of the DIA and another former Assistant General Counsel of the DIA.

The Managing Partner at Tentindo, Kendall, Canniff & Keefe, LLP, is responsible for supervising, assigning, and coordinating the various legal teams and practice groups. He is responsible for the continuing professional development of the attorneys at Tentindo, Kendall, Canniff & Keefe, LLP, and for updating the firm’s clients on recent developments in their particular areas of concern. He is available to discuss any issue, case or hypothetical fact pattern with the firm’s clients at any time. Our depth and breadth of experience enables us to:
- Research and analyze the law and any issues presented or potential issues and provide a detailed litigation report;
- Analyze and summarize complicated medical reports, insurance and legal documents or statements and incorporate them into a detailed oral or written legal argument;
- Appear in court, arbitrations, or administrative tribunals on behalf of clients to present a well-reasoned argument based on their experience, analysis of the case and case law, and discussions with the client;
- Finally, negotiate with the parties involved in the case to resolve legal disputes, including, if appropriate, settlement of the matter.
The attorneys at Tentindo, Kendall, Canniff & Keefe, LLP, report to a partner of the firm assigned to oversee the particular case for a positive result. The partner is responsible for supervising the attorney and coordinating the defense of the case, including overseeing its budget.
