Richard Florino

Attorney Richard J. Florino, Jr. joined TKCK in November 2010. Richard previously worked in-house for Zurich Insurance Group (Kenner, Engelberg, Bratcher and Whalen) as a Senior Trial Attorney from 2003 to 2010, wherein he handled complex workers’ compensation cases. Previous, he worked as staff counsel for Sentry Insurance Group and CNA Insurance Company. He brings over 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation, tort, 93A and insurance coverage, and is admitted in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
