Biography
James T. Hornstein Jr. joined TKCK in December of 2023 as an Associate.Prior to joining TKCK, James spent three years representing plaintiff and employee interests in all aspects of personal injury law. In addition, he handled workers’ compensation matters before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents and the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court. He also practiced family and criminal law for firms in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. James’ focus is on Rhode Island workers’ compensation matters.
James graduated from Wake Forest University with a BA in English and minors in Creative Writing and in Global Trade and Commerce. James then graduated from Marquette University Law School and was subsequently admitted into the Wisconsin Bar. James proceeded to clerk for the Honorable Debra Olsson of the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Appellate Division.
James is admitted in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as in Wisconsin.
