Biography

Roman joined TKCK as an associate attorney in 2018. Roman handles primarily workers’ compensation litigation matters, and has extensive experience in civil litigation and social security disability proceedings. Prior to joining TKCK, Roman represented injured claimants throughout the Commonwealth in District and Superior Court, the Department of Industrial Accidents and the Social Security Office of Disability and Adjudication Review. Roman has also argued cases before the workers’ compensation Reviewing Board.

Roman graduated from Suffolk University Law School with his Juris Doctor in 2012, and from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy in 2009. In his first year of law school, Roman was elected Section Representative by his peers, and regularly attended Student Bar Association meetings to represent his classmate’s interests. In his second year of law school, Roman interned with the Massachusetts State Senate, serving as assistant to Senator Richard T. Moore.

Roman is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
