NICHOLAS S. CHRISSIS

“Rising Star” 2016 – 2022

Nick joined TKCK as an associate attorney in 2013. He was named partner in 2019. Nick’s practice is entirely devoted to workers’ compensation defense, including construction and coverage cases. He handles cases at all stages of litigation through hearing. Prior to coming to TKCK, he worked at Travelers as a workers’ compensation adjuster. Nick frequently lectures to employers and insurers on workers’ compensation matters.

PETER M. LOVERME

Peter M. LoVerme lives in Glastonbury, Connecticut and manages TKCK’s Connecticut practice. Attorney LoVerme is a partner at TKCK and opened the firm’s dedicated Connecticut practice in 2011. Attorney LoVerme focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation matters and has handled cases at all levels including the Connecticut Appellate Court and Supreme Court. Attorney LoVerme has spoken at various seminars throughout New England on issues associated with workers’ compensation, risk management, and risk containment. He has provided training and counseling to employers, insurers, and third-party administrators throughout the country on claim handling, compliance, and reporting requirements.

ROBERT S. MARTIN

Robert S. Martin joined Tentindo, Kendall, Canniff & Keefe, LLP in 2014. Robert is admitted in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He handles all aspects of workers’ compensation insurance defense. Robert is the manager of TKCK’s appellate practice group for all New England states, and has successfully argued cases before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents Reviewing Board, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

ROMAN A. RASSIN

“Rising Star” 2021 – 2022

Roman joined TKCK as an associate attorney in 2018. Roman handles primarily workers’ compensation litigation matters, and has extensive experience in civil litigation and social security disability proceedings. Prior to joining TKCK, Roman represented injured claimants throughout the Commonwealth in District and Superior Court, the Department of Industrial Accidents and the Social Security Office of Disability and Adjudication Review. Roman has also argued cases before the workers’ compensation Reviewing Board.
