Attorney Kevin N. Santos joins TKCK after serving as in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual for nine years, where he defended both Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and its policyholders against claims involving bodily injury, property damage, contract, consumer protection and workers’ compensation. Kevin has strong litigation, discovery, trial and mediation skills and a wealth of insurance knowledge. Prior, Kevin served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Suffolk County, where he prosecuted felonies and misdemeanors, specializing in insurance and identity fraud, financial crimes and sex-offender registry violations.
Kevin R. King rejoins TKCK as an associate attorney, having previously worked for TKCK last summer. Kevin graduated from University of Massachusetts School of Law and while there, he served as an Associate Editor for the UMass Law Review. Kevin will be handling workers’ compensation cases in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Rochelle N. Whitten joins TKCK as a summer law clerk. She will be starting her final year at New England School of Law this fall. Rochelle has consistently earned Dean’s List accreditation and is a Charles Hamilton Houston Enrichment Program Scholar. Prior, Rochelle’s experience is replete with both workers’ compensation and personal injury claims experience, having worked at Hallmark Financial, Employee Solutions, Gainsco Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Travelers and Progressive. Rochelle is a licensed property and casualty adjuster in Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma and South Carolina, as well as a certified teacher for grades 4 through 8.
Noah DeRossi-Goldberg rejoins TKCK as a summer paralegal for his second summer. Noah is a graduate of Providence College with a double major in history and political science and a minor in sociology. Noah was part of the Liberal Arts honors program for all four years of college and was also admitted to three other honors programs and received a merit scholarship during his matriculation.
