Christopher Fiore joined TKCK in October 2017 as a partner in our Providence office. He has over 20 years of experience handling workers’ compensation, civil litigation, employment and labor claims on behalf of insurance companies and self-insureds. Chris has handled matters involving the defense of claims before the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court, the United States Department of Labor (Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights.
Chris is actively involved in the Rhode Island Bar Association, Defense Research Institute (DRI), the Defense Counsel of Rhode Island, the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Committee, the American Bar Association, and the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance. Chris is a frequent presenter on Workers’ Compensation and Employment Law to insurance companies and self-insureds. He is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
Chris is admitted in Rhode Island and the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Chris received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 1991, and he received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude in 1986 from Providence College.
