Clyde B. Kelton, Jr. joined TKCK in January 2013 to handle workers’ compensation cases in Massachusetts. He will be working statewide at the DIA Regional Offices.
Clyde brings myriad experience to TKCK. From 1960 to 1964 he served as an Airborne Crew Member in the U.S. Air Force in Germany, and from 1970 to 1980 he was a Deputy Clerk of the U.S. District Court in Boston serving as the Courtroom Session Clerk to Chief Judge Andrew Caffrey.
From 1980 to 2003 Clyde was a Staff Attorney for Liberty Mutual, handling hundreds of workers’ compensation cases at the Hearing and Review Board level. He retired from Liberty Mutual in 2003 and began working with the Law Office of Martin Schneider, representing multiple insurers and self-insurers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims until 2012.
Clyde is a graduate of Suffolk University and Suffolk University Law School and has been an MCLE panelist on workers’ compensation issues. He is admitted to the Mass Bar as well as the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
