Hetan Patel

Hetan joined TKCK as a litigation associate in April 2019. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago (B.A. 2014) with a degree in philosophy and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2018), where he obtained a distinction in the international law concentration and was the Chief Articles Editor for the Transnational Law Review. He has authored: Leaving Europe? Why the United Kingdom needs a Unique Trading Model with the European Union that Transcends the Deficient Trading Models.

Hetan was an intern with TKCK with the torts practice group in the summer of 2017. He has also interned for a law firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he focused on corporate governance matters and shareholder litigation. During his final year of law school, Hetan worked as a 3.03 certified student attorney in the Indigenous Peoples Right’s Clinic representing a tribe in drafting a new Family Relations Ordinance. 

Hetan is admitted both in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
