Michael P. McCoy joined TKCK in July 2018. He is a Graduate cum laude of Stonehill College and Suffolk University Law School.
For over nineteen years he has litigated high exposure complex workers’ compensation matters in Massachusetts. He has represented numerous insurers, self-insureds and TPA’s in all aspects of litigation at the Department of Industrial Accidents.
Mr. McCoy has provided legal advice in workers’ compensation matters and defended many cases in his career for health care providers, nursing home facilities, Fortune 500 companies and major construction companies.
Over his career, Mr. McCoy has litigated many complex medical related matters ranging from toxic chemical exposure, post-traumatic stress disorder, psychological and catastrophic workplace injuries.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and has served as a Lecturer for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education on issues in workers’ compensation.
