Biography
Paul C. Kelly graduated from Boston College in 1951 (BSBA) and from B.C. Law School in 1958. From 1951 to 1953 he served in the U.S. Army with the Counterintelligence Corps (CIC). He worked at Sentry Insurance for 17 years as an adjuster of claims, Workers’ Compensation Supervisor, and finally as Trial Counsel specializing in the defense of claims.
Paul joined Parker, Coulter, Daley & White in 1971 as Trial Counsel and practiced Law there for over 20 years, serving as Managing Partner of the firm from 1988 to 1994. Paul joined Peabody & Arnold in 1995, once again serving as Trial Counsel, defending Insurers and Self Insurers. Paul was named Of Counsel to the newly formed TKCK in 2000.
