Phillip Ronan

Phillip R. Ronan returned to TKCK in May 2019.

He was previously an associate attorney for TKCK from 2004 through 2014. Attorney Ronan returns to TKCK from the Trust Fund of the Department of Industrial Accidents where he served as Assistant General Counsel handling Section 65 uninsured employer claims and Section 37 Second Injury Fund Cases.

Phil has 15 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience. He has represented numerous insurers, self-insureds and TPA’s in all aspects of litigation at the Department of Industrial Accidents.

He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (B.A. 1999, cum laude) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2004).

Phil is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
