Rebecca Gilardi

Rebecca rejoined the TKCK family in August of 2022. Rebecca previously worked with TKCK from 2010 to 2020, before leaving to pursue Real Estate Law. From 2020, she worked as a Real Estate Closing Attorney for a New England Firm, headquartered in Connecticut, performing real estate closings on behalf of financial lender and title company clients in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She also served as Supervisory Counsel in the State of Vermont, overseeing all legal transactions in the State on behalf of the Real Estate Firm.

Rebecca returned to TKCK, following maternity leave in August of 2022. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Vermont, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. She graduated from Suffolk University, summa cum laude, with a double major in history, and was a member of the National History Honors Society, Phi Alpha Theta, as well as Suffolk University’s Academic Honors Society, Delta Alpha Pi. She obtained her law degree from Suffolk University Law School’s evening program, where she also served as Treasurer of the Irish Law Students Association, and was an active member of the Women’s Law Association. She holds certifications in legal researching, and has undergone formal Mediation skills training.
