Biography

Ryan L. Schaiberger joined Tentindo, Kendall, Canniff & Keefe, LLP as an associate attorney in 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont (B.A. 1999), and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2006). He is admitted to the Massachusetts bar and his practice is concentrated in the areas of workers’ compensation insurance defense and subrogation.

He has been a contributor to several MCLE programs and publications. In 2012, he served as lead member of the keynote panel on “Understanding the Importance of Second Injury Fund Claims from all Perspectives”. In 2013, he participated in a panel that identified and discussed the “Top 20 Workers’ Compensation Cases of All Time”.

He has also authored a chapter for the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation on attorney’s fees, penalties, recoupment, fraud, enforcement, withdrawal of representation and third party settlements.

Ryan handles all areas of workers’ compensation insurance defense and excels in Second Injury Fund recovery claims where he has recovered millions for his clients.
