Biography
Bill joined TKCK in August 2019, after working as an associate attorney in a Boston law firm from 2003 to 2019. Previously, he practiced in New Orleans, Louisiana, from 1997 to 2002.
Bill has extensive experience in civil litigation, with specific practice areas that include premises liability, construction litigation, transportation law, professional liability, insurance coverage, and commercial and business litigation. He is a member of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and the Rhode Island Bar Association.
Bill is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Tulane University School of Law (Cum Laude).
Bill is admitted to practice law in state, federal, and appellate courts in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
